Guided by over forty years as executives in Florida's social service sector, we created CareNetHR to solve issues for social service nonprofits that we wish we’d had solutions for when we were decision-makers in organizations just like yours.

Not only do we share a common passion for helping social service nonprofit organizations thrive, but we also discovered that we all had a favorite dog named Bandit at one point in their lives. That’s why you’ll see Bandit as the loyal, friendly CareNet HR mascot. He’s the spirit of our organization who represents our shared experience and commitment to children, families, and those who serve them.

Not-for-profit and social service agencies play a critical role in the health and well-being of our communities. Unfortunately, many of the key pieces of infrastructure needed aren’t tailored to not-for-profit and social service agencies.  Traditional professional employer organizations (PEO) and human resources outsourcing (HRO) companies who do not have experience in this space typically underestimate the complexity of a not-for-profit or social service organization and the requirements of transparency.  This leaves many organizations feeling like a square peg in a round hole.
 
CareNet HR is the solution to this issue.  It is a partnership of leaders with over 35 years of C-suite experience in the non-profit, human services industry and over 30 years of executive experience in the human resources industry.
